North Queensland Cowboys may have lost ten NRL games in a row, but they could well win the award for the best try of the year in their loss to Wests Tigers.
The Cowboys eventually went down 24-16 to Wests, but one moment in particular stands out from the defeat.
North Queensland were losing 12-0 just before half-time, but they finally registered their own points of the match in bizarre fashion.
Tom Dearden’s sliced kick was hacked on by Kyle Feldt into the arms of Reece Robson who then offloaded to debutant Grifin Neame.
Neame then, in turn, found fellow debutant Jeremiah Nanai who dotted down.
The Cowboys currently sit in 14th on the NRL ladder with just six wins in 21 games. Wests, however, still have an opportunity to qualify for the top eight play-offs.
Watch the incredible moment for yourself here.
