One notable absentee for Castleford Tigers as Lee Radford names seven debutants in squad for Salford game

Lee Radford has named his first-ever Castleford Tigers squad, but he will have to do without one of his most consistent performers.

Nathan Massey sits out with a hip injury, though the Tigers website says that the problem is only ‘slight’ which means he could return for the away fixture at Warrington Wolves next week.

Seven of Lee Radford’s Castleford signings have made his maiden squad of 2022 and six could potentially be in line to make their first Tigers appearance.
