Barrow Raiders have secured the permanent signing of St Helens winger Tee Ritson, the club has announced.
Ritson has spent this season on loan with the Raiders, but he saw his season come to a premature end last month after undergoing ankle surgery.
The winger is reaching the end of his contract at the Totally Wicked Stadium, but he won’t be heading into the off-season with an uncertain future now with a deal at Barrow signed and sealed.
He’ll return to the Cumbria outfit following the conclusion of the 2025 season to take up a two-year deal which secures his future until the end of the 2027 campaign.
Ritson spent four seasons at Barrow prior to making the switch to St Helens ahead of the 2023 season, scoring 70 tries in 73 appearances and this season he got over the line 13 times in 17 outings for the Championship club.
He spent three seasons with the Saints, including the initial year on loan and played 26 games in the Red Vee.

“I’m delighted to be signing for Barrow Raiders,” Ritson told the official Barrow channels after joining.
“I’ve really enjoyed my time back on loan here this year, and I’m grateful to everyone at the club and to all the fans for welcoming me back with open arms.
“I’m at a point in my career now where I just want to be playing regularly and enjoying my rugby, and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing this past year.
“I’m gutted that my season has been abruptly cut short, but I’ll be doing everything I can to get myself in the best shape possible so I can hit the ground running when the time comes.
“It’s exciting to be a part of this group once again. I’m hoping the knowledge and experience I’ve gained along the way will benefit the team, and I’m really looking forward to ripping in with everyone.”
Barrow head coach Paul Crarey added: “Since returning this year, Tee has immediately felt at home and reminded us all of his talent with a series of spectacular tries.
“Already crossing the line 13 times, he is perfectly suited to our style of play, and we believe it brings out the very best in him.
