Odsal Stadium to reopen as drive-in cinema

Bradford Bulls former Odsal home will reopen next month as a drive-in cinema.

It will be the first major event at the famous stadium since the Bulls left in September 2019 due to the rising costs of repair and maintenance.

Odsal is steeped in 85 years of rugby league history and records, but it has recently become redundant to the dismay of the Bradford public.

Odsal will open its doors for the first time in over a year next week.

That will change from bonfire night though when Blue Sky Cinema screen a number of classic films in the old ground over four days.

These include The Greatest Showman, Grease and Jurassic Park, with viewers able to watch in a socially distanced and safe manner.
