Former Manly Sea Eagles hooker Danny Levi is set to join Huddersfield, according to the World Wide of Sports.

Levi has been at Brisbane this season, but has played just five times thanks to the good form of regular hooker Jake Turpin.

The hooker began his career at the Newcastle Knights, playing 83 times over a period of four years before joining Manly in 2019.

Another 20 NRL appearances followed, but Levi was linked with a move to Salford earlier in the season after finding himself surplus to requirements at the Sea Eagles.

However, it’s now looking likely that he will move to Huddersfield to become part of Ian Watson’s rejuvenation at the John Smith’s Stadium.
