St Helens winger Tommy Makinson has been referred to the tribunal after being charged with a Grade F offence of Other Contrary Behaviour.
Makinson was placed on report for the incident with Liam Watts. If found guilty, he could face at least an eight-match suspension.
Elsewhere, Ben Murdoch-Masila, Sam Moa and Reece Lyne have all received two-match penalty notices.
Warrington forward Murdoch-Masila was sent to the sin bin for a high tackle on Matty English during the Wolves’ win over Huddersfield.
Wakefield centre Lyne was punished for Dangerous Contact on Benjamin Jullien during his side’s 58-0 defeat against the Dragons.
Catalans forward Moa was punished for a high tackle on Romain Navarette in the same game.
