Luke Gale was DROPPED for Friday’s win as Agar addresses speculation

Captain Luke Gale was mysteriously left out of the Leeds side that stormed to victory over Salford on Friday night, but nobody knows why.

Whilst the club itself has been silent, head coach Richard Agar said Gale, alongside Mikolaj Oledzki and Tom Holroyd, were “ruled out and unavailable” for Friday’s fixture.

Some Rhinos fans took to social media to try and see why with some even going so far as to say that the halfback had left – just 18 months after moving in a high-profile transfer from Castleford.

Liam Sutcliffe partnered Callum McLelland – linked with a move to the Tigers – in the halves as Leeds ran out 38-16 winners – but the case of Gale has still yet to be answered.
