Luke Gale dropped for Hull FC as Brett Hodgson makes bold decision

Luke Gale will not play for Hull FC tonight, despite being named in the 21-man squad and despite returning from suspension.

The halfback was hit with a two-match ban for tripping in Hull’s win over Warrington Wolves back on Easter Monday and it was expected that the captain would return for Brett Hodgson’s side in their away clash at St Helens tonight.

However, Hodgson has decided to go with Josh Reynolds and Joe Lovodua in the halves.
