Leigh v Salford: 21-man-squad and injury news

Leigh Centurions welcome Salford Red Devils to Leigh Sports Village on Sunday afternoon in the final game of the weekend.

The Centurions, who are still looking for their first win of the season, are playing their third straight home match. In the first one, they managed to push Hull KR all the way, but were well beaten by Leeds Rhinos in the second.

As for Salford, they will be hoping to build on last week’s victory over Huddersfield Giants, their third win in their last five matches.

The match will kick off at 4.30pm.

Kurt Haggerty has made three changes to the side that lost against Leeds Rhinos last week. NRL recruit Sam Stone could make his debut. He comes in alongside Rob Butler and Jack Ashworth after their respective suspensions. Dropping out of the squad are Junior Sa’u, Nathan Mason and Jack Logan.

Salford Red Devils

Richard Marshall has made three changes to the side that beat Huddersfield last week. Morgan Escare, Joe Burgess and Matt Costello have all dropped out of the squad. However, the Red Devils are boosted by the returns of Ken Sio, Dan Sarginson and Elijah Taylor into contention.
