Leigh v Huddersfield: Predicted line-ups and late injury news

Leigh continue their search for a first win of the season as they host Huddersfield this afternoon. The Centurions have often put up a good fight but still find themselves bottom of the league with no wins. The Giants meanwhile have turned the corner in recent weeks. Back-to-back league wins over Warrington and Leeds have them climbing the table.

The Centurions could hand a debut to Brendan Elliot. His presence could enable Ryan Brierley to move into the halves to give their spine a more natural look. Meanwhile the returning Adam Sidlow could lessen the blow of losing Nathan Mason. The Centurions are still without the likes of Ben Flower and Joe Mellor.

The Giants meanwhile are likely to be unchanged. Lee Gaskell will persist at fullback where he has impressed in recent weeks with Ashton Golding still injured. There may be a slight re-jig of the forwards however as Ian Watson often likes to change the look of his pack from game to game.
