Leigh Centurions have signed Australian forward Lachlan Burr on a one-year contract.
Burr will join up with his new team-mates with immediate effect having become a free agent following the liquidation of Bradford Bulls.
Burr, a former Canterbury Bulldogs and Gold Coast Titans player, has a further two-year option on his contract and will link up with his new teammates today.
The 24-year-old played an integral role in Burleigh Bears’ Intrust Super Cup Premiership success last year and will be a useful acquisition to Neil Jukes’ squad.
