Hull FC travel to face Leigh Leopards as they look for their first away win of the season whilst Leigh are aiming to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
Leigh Leopards lost to Wigan Warriors on Tuesday night and they’ll now take on their third game in ten days with Adrian Lam’s side stretched thin. That fatigue clearly showed for Wigan yesterday as they were beaten 30-4 by Leeds Rhinos.
The loss to Wigan marked the end of a four-game winning streak for Leigh but they’ll aim to get back on track against Hull FC who are yet to win on the road this season.
Hull FC suffered a huge defeat to St Helens last week and Simon Grix will be looking for his side to respond, especially now that London Broncos are just two points behind them with the two sides meeting at Magic Weekend next week.
Before then, Leigh will host Hull and the team news for both sides is in.

The major change for Leigh comes with Matt Moylan dropping out of the squad after coming off early on Tuesday night. The Australian playmaker had been a ’50/50′ shot of playing the game with Lam opting to take the gamble which ultimately failed.
He explained post-game that Moylan was suffering from a rib cartilage issue and that he wouldn’t play against Hull FC as a result. He is replaced in the squad by Tom Amone who returns after passing through concussion protocols.
One man who is still undergoing those protocols is Gareth O’Brien with the full-back missing for today’s clash.

Hull FC Team News
Whilst Leigh have just two confirmed absences, Hull FC have over a dozen with the Black and White suffering a huge injury crisis. That’s been worsened by suspension woes with Ligi Sao set to serve the second of his two-game ban this week and both Brad Fash and Jordan Lane picking up bans from the loss to St Helens.
Alongside those three suspended forwards, Hull FC are also without half-back Jake Trueman who it’s confirmed is likely to miss the remainder of the season after his latest injury.
Both Matty Laidlaw and Ed Chamberlain failed HIAs in last week’s loss whilst the long-term injury list of Liam Sutcliffe (foot), Danny Houghton (calf), Jack Ashworth (ankle), Mitieli Vulikijapani (knee), Davy Litten (knee) Nick Staveley (knee), Charlie Severs (shoulder), and King Vuniyayawa (ankle) remains.
Simon Grix has been forced to call upon two more academy payers with Will Hutchinson and Ryan Westerman potentially set to debut.
