Leigh Leopards could have three returnees to their side this week, as they look to significantly strengthen their forward pack ahead of their game against Warrington Wolves.
The pair meet for the fifth time in 2026 after one game in pre-season, one in the Challenge Cup and three in Super League. There could even be a sixth fixture between the two should they face each other in the play-offs.
Leigh head into this game on the back of a win over Hull FC, which took them to 10 wins from their last 12 games. However, it’s games like these against sides also in the play-off positions that have hampered Leigh this year.
However, as we approach the final run-in, Lam has the chance to welcome back some big bodies, both literally and in terms of their stature within the squad.
“I think in the 21 this week we will add [Robbie] Mulhern and also [Joe] Ofahengaue.
“Andy Badrock has also been out long-term. He will come into consideration, and if he doesn’t play for us this week he will either be in the reserves or on loan. We will know a little bit more about that later on today.”

Mulhern has missed the last two, and has been struggling with a hamstring issue through the year that has disrupted his playing time.
Similarly, forward partner Ofahengaue has also been out since Magic Weekend, but could well return to take on Sam Burgess’ men.
Badrock has missed over four months of action, after suffering an injury in the Challenge Cup win over Hull FC. The versatile 25-year-old has been a revelation for Adrian Lam’s side after signing from the Championship at the start of last season.
He was limited to just five games at the beginning of this year, but is set for a strong end to the season, should he pull through.
As mentioned by Lam, if he doesn’t make Leigh’s side to face Warrington this week, then either reserve grade or a loan is the path for him.
One club who could ideally do with his services is Bradford Bulls, who are down to just 18 fit players after three more season-ending blows were confirmed earlier today.
Asked whether a loan switch to the West Yorkshire outfit could be a possibility, Lam replied: “We’re going to go through that process over the next two hours once I get off this call here.
“We’ll just see how my squad looks. He’s very close to making it my squad. And if he can do that, he will be.
“If not, then we’ll get some negotiations going over the next hour or so. We’ll have an answer for that in, I reckon, around 5pm, I would say.”
