Leigh Centurions’ Caleb Aekins punished for professional foul as Bradford Bulls take advantage

Leigh Centurions are currently losing 14-8 as Bradford Bulls took advantage of their extra man in the Challenge Cup Fifth Round clash.

The Bulls ran into an 8-0 lead at Odsal before Leigh pegged the West Yorkshire side back to make it 8-8 at half-time.

But, into the second-half, Matty Dawson-Jones ran down the wing, chipped over Caleb Aekins only for the Leigh fullback to obstruct him in a professional foul.

Referee Marcus Griffiths sent Aekins to the sinbin with Bradford scoring immediately after through Dawson-Jones himself.

What a cup tie!
