Leeds star joins fellow Yorkshire club

Leeds Rhinos winger Liam Tindall has joined Betfred League One side Doncaster on loan.

With the Rhinos Academy unable to play this week due to a COVID-19outbreak, Tindall will get some much needed game time with fellow Yorkshire side Doncaster as he continues his development.

The South Yorkshire side travel to Wales this weekend to face West Wales Raiders on Saturday, with Doncaster currently sitting third in League 1 with six wins from 11 games..

Tindall joins three other members of the first team squad currently out on loan. Corey Hall and Corey Johnson are with York City Knights whilst Levi Edwards has impressed in his spell at Batley Bulldogs.

The 19-year-old has played three first team games for the Rhinos since making his debut in 2020, scoring one try, but he is very highly thought of at Headingley.

Leeds, meanwhile, continue their Super League assault on the play-offs tonight, hosting Castleford in a crunch clash.
