Leeds Rhinos v Hull KR squads as injuries force Willie Peters into changes

Leeds Rhinos v Hull KR

Willie Peters has been forced into making changes to his Hull KR squad ahead of this Friday’s clash with Leeds Rhinos at Headingley. The Robins will be without Joe Burgess, who failed a HIA during last week’s Hull derby, while Tom Davies picked up an issue, too.

Davies suffered a shoulder injury during the contest at the MKM Stadium and will miss the trip to West Yorkshire as well, meaning KR will have two new starting wingers in the side this week. Lee Kershaw is expected to be one of those and he comes into the squad following his short loan with Castleford Tigers and it seems Jack Broadbent could be set for another start.

Harvey Horne is the other man to drop out for the Robins after moving to the Championship on loan, while Bill Leyland and prop Zach Fishwick have been named in the fold.

Leeds Rhinos have been dealt a boost as Mikolaj Oledzki returns from suspension to be included in Brad Arthur’s side. The prop missed the Good Friday win over Huddersfield Giants while he served a one game ban and comes back in to make his 150th Super League appearance.

Oledzki replaces Jack Smith in the squad, with the youngster making way for the visit of last season’s Grand Finalists.
