Justin Sangare is young and has huge potential.
He spent the majority of his career in the Championship but after making a splash with Toulouse Olympique in the Super League last year, he earnt a move to one of the competition’s biggest clubs: Leeds Rhinos.
He has now explained the differences between Toulouse and the Rhinos in terms of training on the club’s YouTube channel.
He said: “Everything is different, we have an ice bath and all these things near us to get ready for the next day and for recovery which is different.”
He has also been welcomed in by the Rhinos squad saying:
“It’s been very good, the boys are a good crew and help me a lot even if I don’t speak English very well, they help me a lot.
“It’s the best for me.”
He also went further to explain the lengths the club has gone to to help him settle in:
“Everyone, all the guys and the staff are helping me a lot, with my house, my car and helping me get to the training centre.”
Sangare is the first Frenchman to join the Rhinos since Eric Anselme in 2008 scoring two tries in four games.
Anselme has now joined Toulouse’s coaching staff for 2023.
