Leeds Rhinos pre-season game moved as they battle Super League side for trophy

As training ramps up towards the 2023 season clubs have been announcing and confirming their pre-season games and Leeds Rhinos are the latest Super League side to update fans on when they’ll be playing.

The club have confirmed today that they will travel to face the newly rebranded Leigh Leopards on 21st January for a 3pm kick off and not on the 22nd as originally planned.

That announcement completes Rhinos pre-season with matches against Wakefield, Bradford, Hull KR and Hunslet already confirmed.

The game against Leigh will be of particular significance for new signing Nene Macdonald who will return to his old club but also because the clubs will contest the Bev Risman Trophy.
