After some big games today between Hull FC and Warrington Wolves, as Wigan Warriors head over to France for a top of the table clash, Leeds Rhinos head over to Huddersfield Giants for a big derby in front of what should be a record crowd.
It is a must win for both sides as they both look to sustain their play-off hopes.
Leeds need a win to stay two points away from the play-off spots but their chances of a win have been hurt by the loss of a number of key players.
Morgan Gannon returns to the squad after making his come back from injury last week against Warrington reserves.
However Leeds are without James McDonnell, who has not recovered enough from the back injury he suffered last week, and Corey Johnson, who left last week’s win over Warrington with an injury.
The Rhinos are also without Nene Macdonald, who has returned to Australia for a week to attend the birth of his child this weekend.

Many believed that these changes would see Jack Sinfield earn a start at stand-off but to the dismay of Leeds fans he played for the academy which likely means Morgan Gannon will be forced to play out of position at stand-off.
Gannon at stand off on Sunday it is then. 😢🫠

The Giants are aiming for a record crowd on Sunday but are also hoping to right the wrongs of recent defeats that have undoubtedly hurt their play-off chances.
The Giants are looking ahead to next year for the most part where they are expected to have Adam Clune replace Theo Fages as he heads to Catalans Dragons.
It should be a great game.
