The Grand Final will take place on Saturday as Leeds Rhinos and St Helens gear up the biggest game of the season.
Whilst Saints have been at the top practically all year, Leeds have had a late season resurgence which has seen them jump from 11th to fifth in the Super League table.
At the centre of that success has been head coach Rohan Smith whose move to Headingley in May has prompted an incredible rise.
With the rise, the fans and the club have been as one and that has never been as evident as Leeds’ ticket sales in recent weeks.
Over 3,000 Rhinos fans made the trip to the Wigan Warriors last weekend for the play-off semi-finals which proved a key factor in Leeds’ 20-8 win.
Now, less than 100 tickets remain for Leeds’ allocation at Old Trafford for Saturday, according to the club.
That means that Leeds fans are travelling over the Pennines in their droves to watch their team’s potential rise make it all the way.
