For the first time in their history, Leeds Rhinos have switched allegiances to a new financial services firm.
The Super League giants have appointed Sedulo as their official auditors and corporate advisors. The Club have opted for Sedulo – now amongst the top 100 accountancy firms in the United Kingdom – to provide the reigning Challenge Cup champions with a holistic range of services.
Leeds Rhinos are the most successful club in Super League history and chief executive Gary Hetherington, who made the decision to appoint powerhouse firm Sedulo, was excited by the new deal.
“We are delighted to appoint Sedulo as our new auditor,” Hetherington said.
“We have been working with them for a while, after building a strong working relationship, it was a natural decision to appoint them as our audit firm, we have been particularly impressed with their technical knowledge and previous experience in our industry.”
“Sedulo will offer Leeds Rhinos an elite-level service, aiding fluent auditing processes as we continue to improve and develop our financial infrastructure going forward.”
After becoming established in Leeds, Manchester and London, offices were recently opened in Liverpool which has further opened the door to a number of sports clubs and international sports stars amongst the Sedulo client base.
And with “give back to the community” at heart of the ethos, we’re also proud to sponsor Leeds Rhinos’ netball team, be the official match-sponsor of the Jamie Jones-Buchanan and Rob Burrow testimonial, and have now agreed an extensive commercial sponsorship package with the rugby club.
