Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Second Round Results

Seven of the eight Ladbrokes Challenge Cup second round ties were played today with West Hull’s clash against Thatto Heath Crusaders called off due to a waterlogged pitch.

Wests Warriors result away at Featherstone Lions made many people stand up and take notice with the Londoners progressing after an impressive 26-0 victory.

Elsewhere, Haydock and Rochdale Mayfield edged out Thornhill Trojans and Kells respectively, meanwhile Fryston Warriors made light work of the London Chargers.

Myton Warriors and Egremont Rangers won hard-fought matches against York Acorn and Wigan St Pats with National Conference league champions Siddal proving too strong for Pilkington Recs.
