Konrad Hurrell has been linked with a sensational move to St Helens.
That’s despite Leeds head coach Richard Agar stating that the Rhinos have opened contract talks with the centre.
A move to Saints would see Hurrell link up with Tonga boss Kristian Woolf, but Agar didn’t see the move as a possibility at present.
“You’d probably have to ask Konrad about that,” Agar said.
“He’s not told us that he’s signed with St Helens and neither has his agent but that may well be the case.
“We’ve been in dialogue with Konrad about extending his stay and that’s where it is.”
