Kevin Brown pulled no punches in his assessment of Wakefield Trinity.
The former Super League star has branded the West Yorkshire side as “the worst side” he has seen as he especially went for their attack.
Wakefield failed to score against Leigh Leopards when they were reduced to just 11 players at the Magic Weekend.
The Leopards lost Ben Reynolds to a red card prior to a yellow card to Tom Nisbet.
Subsequently, Brown slammed Trinity on The Last Tackle podcast.
“I think it’s the worst side I’ve seen in Super League full stop. I think their attack, when you don’t look like scoring against 11 men, I’ve never seen that.

“Against 11 men, if you go to the middle of the field there are lots of options and overlaps even if you don’t create much; but Leigh were still scoring points at that stage, and that’s the worry for me. Their defence hasn’t been bad all year, they’ve leaked a lot of points but their attack has been dreadful.”
Wakefield take on the struggling Leeds Rhinos this weekend at home in a big game to rekindle both sides’ seasons.
