Kevin Brown suggests surprise player is the best in Super League right now

Leigh Leopards have a huge opportunity to make it to the Challenge Cup Final.

The Leopards defeated Championship side York RLFC in the quarter-finals.

They are in great form and currently inside the top three.

Speaking on BBC Five Live Hull FC star Scott Taylor said:

“I think Leigh are one of the best attacking teams, when they’re clicking, in Super League at the minute.

“Lam has obviously been a very good signing for him and he’s a top top player and I just can’t say anything but a strong Leigh win there come this weekend.”

Kevin Brown meanwhile stated that Lachlan Lam is the form player in the game at the moment: “Yeah I think it’d be similar to what happened last time York went there in a big game I think it was in the championship last year wasn’t it?

“I think it’s just a matter of how many this week. I think York are playing poor, they’ve got a few people missing.

“Leigh are just red hot, I think Lachlan Lat at the minute is the form player in the game.

“If they play anywhere near how they’ve played in the last seven games to get seven on the bounce then they’ll win this game comfortably.”
