Kevin Brown makes bold Super League prediction

After defeating their biggest rivals Hull FC 40-0 last week, Hull KR face a real test of their title credentials tomorrow when they host Super League and World Champions St Helens.

The Saints however come into the game having lost their own huge derby to Wigan Warriors and are short on forwards.

However, Hull KR haven’t won in the last 13 games against the Saints since 2015 but Kevin Brown is backing them to stun the Champions.

“I think it is. I think it’ll be the biggest opportunity they’ve had in probably all them 13 games where Hull KR are playing a terrific brand of football under Willie Peters,” he said on The Last Tackle.

“He’s given them that confidence and they’re playing a little bit different. Jordan Abdull is on the ball, he’s a proper scrum-half and Mikey Lewis is almost playing like a full-back but it suits his game. He’s a runner and they just look very threatening when they have the ball.

“I think they’ll go there, Saints have lost a little bit of that invincibility that everyone thought that they had when they were crowned World Champions.”

But Adrian Morley disagrees:

“I think the quality of Saints and the muscle memory there, Hull KR are playing fantastically well but I just think the Saints will have a bit too much.”
