Hull KR are now dreaming of Wembley.
They are looking forward to a Challenge Cup semi-final in July against Wigan Warriors.
They have work to do in the league to get back in the play-offs after slipping out of the top six but they have shown that they are good enough to compete under Willie Peters.
That is the opinion of Kevin Brown who said on Viaplay that Peters has transformed them into contenders.
He said: “Willie Peters has been a breath of fresh air. He has transformed them into contenders.”
It helps that they have “one of the bets players in the world” in the view of Brown.
He picked out winger Ryan Hall as outstanding.
“He’s one of the best players in the world. He was voted the best player in the world one year in fact and has been named the best winger in the world on a couple of occasions,” Brown said on Viaplay.
“What’s great about him is he rises to the big occasions. He has won the Lance Todd Trophy and has won the Grand Final a number of times.
“He does everything you want from a winger including try scoring. He’s the second highest try scorer in the competition ever.”
