Keighley announce triple re-signing

Keighley have confirmed that popular trio Josh Lynam, Billy Gaylor and Louis Sheriff have all signed new deals to remain with club in 2020.

Lynam is one of the club’s longest-serving players and has made over 120 appearances since his debut in 2013, scoring 36 tries.

Gaylor, a halfback or hooker, made his Cougars debut in 2018 after spells with League 1 rivals West Wales and Coventry, but has been a regular in the side for the past two seasons.

Sheriff is the most travelled of the three, having started his career with Hull KR in 2011. The 27-year-old has since gone on to play for Dewsbury, Newcastle (Gateshead), Doncaster and Hemel as well as spending a season with Redcliffe Dolphins in Australia.
