Jon Wilkin has been open about his opinion of Leeds Rhinos this season.
He has said they aren’t a top four club and have been too inconsistent.
But he has also said that the Rhinos could lose their next three games and still win the Grand Final because they’re that “mad.”
“I think Leeds could lose the next three games and still win the Grand Final. That’s how mad they are,” Wilkin said on Sky Sports.
He went on to emphasise that the Rhinos just need to play the game simply:
“In the second half against Wigan you saw how good they can be. They simplified things. They ran hard and direct and played off the back of that.

“Nene MacDonald ran hard and direct, Harry Newman ran hard and direct and they had success off the back of that.
“It’s about finding that balance. I think sometimes you can be too cute, too clever when you just need to do the basics.
“Basics win games. That’s why St Helens have been so successful, they have done the basics right. They have defended better than anyone else and ran harder than anyone else.
“It is not rocket science and that’s what Leeds need to do.”
