Castleford Tigers head coach Lee Radford has endured a nightmare start to his career at the Jungle.
Three losses from three games sees the West Yorkshire outfit sit second bottom in the Super League table, with only Toulouse Olympique below them.
Radford and the Tigers will take on his former side Hull FC on Sunday, but Leeds Rhinos legend Jamie Peacock is keen to stress to Castleford fans to be patient.
“They are struggling at the moment,” Peacock told The Last Tackle podcast.
“They are trying to find their feet in the post-Daryl Powell era and I think Lee Radford is the right man to take them forward.
“I think they just need to pull together as a group.
“I think they’ve got some challenges there but the Castleford fans will give him some time to do that but it’s a difficult time for them at the moment.”
