Israel Folau will NOT play in Super League again

Israel Folau has reached an out-of-court agreement with French side Catalans Dragons that will allow the cross-code star to return to rugby league Down Under.

That is according to the Courier Mail, with Folau now eligible to make his debut for Gold Coast club Southport Tigers.

Folau and business tycoon Clive Palmer worked together against the Queensland Rugby League after the governing body rejected their initial bid for the 32-year-old to play for the Tigers.

Catalans had blocked Folau’s attempt to return home to play, following him walking out on his final contracted year, but it appears that the issue has now been resolved.
