Hull FC have two big signings from the NRL adjusting to life in England.

The Black and Whites didn’t just sign one player from the Newcastle Knights but two as Jake Clifford and Tex Hoy feature in the club’s new look spine alongside former Castleford Tigers star Jake Trueman.

However, the two aren’t only adjusting to Hull FC but also the weather with Tex Hoy today joking on social media about the cold.

“Is this illegal or what?” he said as he prepared for training.

It comes after he spoke on the club’s website about adjusting to the changes around him.

Hoy arrived in England over a week ago and now Clifford has joined pre-season today having made the trip over from Australia beginning his Hull FC journey.

The two will be key to Tony Smith’s new era at the MKM Stadium.

The other signings made were Leeds Rhinos duo Liam Sutcliffe and Brad Dwyer.

They could all make their Super League debuts for Hull FC against Castleford Tigers in Round One.
