Injury Corner: Hull FC, St Helens and Warrington Wolves suffer huge blows as FOURTEEN players face problems

The amount of injuries being suffered in rugby league in recent times is quite harrowing.

A significant amount of muscle tissue problems as well as more longer-term issues such as MCLs and ACLs are becoming more common.

Therefore, we thought it would be a good idea to note which stars succumbed to injuries in the round of fixtures just gone.

First, Leeds Rhinos were hammered at home by Hull FC on Thursday night before St Helens overcame Warrington Wolves with ease on Friday night.

Salford Red Devils just couldn’t claw back a big deficit against Hull KR on Friday, too, whilst Wakefield Trinity won their first win of the season over Toulouse Olympique.

On Saturday, Huddersfield Giants and Castleford Tigers played out a thrilling, see-saw game and then Catalans Dragons and Wigan Warriors rounded off the night with a massive win for the French side.
