Konrad Hurrell is set to leave Leeds after two years at Headingley.
The news was met with disapproval from most Leeds fans who wanted to see the powerful Tongan stay past his current contract.
However, with the likes of Blake Austin and Aidan Sezer signing from 2022, salary cap space needed to be made and that has meant that Hurrell will no longer be a Rhino from next season.
A Leeds fan was particularly gutted.

That sentiment was echoed by another supporter.
So sorry to see @konmanhurrell leave the club, he's been a great ambassador and a much loved favourite player. Good luck Konrad in your future ventures and thank you! 💙💛🏉🦏🏉 xx

Another Leeds supporter was desperate for Hurrell to stay.
Not happy to see @konmanhurrell leaving. He's shown real passion for the club and is a firm fan favourite. 🥺

One Rhinos supporter wanted his club to show ambition now.
I think we might need to show a little ambition at some point

Another didn’t begrudge Hurrell the chance to win silverware.
Shame to lose Hurrell but Saints offered 2 years and we only offered 1 so it was an obvious decision for him

Another Leeds fan, however, wasn’t sad to see him go.
Shame about King. Right decision for Hurrell to go, his negatives far outweigh the positives

One supporter even called him ‘too inconsistent’.
He’s been a fans favourite, but a little bit too inconsistent. https://t.co/Bm3REYGV5o
