League leaders Warrington Wolves were beaten at away at Leigh Leopards last night.

The Leopards are in red hot form and subsequently ploughed through the league leaders as questions continue to be raised about the Wolves in 2023.

It’s safe to say plenty of Warrington fans weren’t happy last night.

One fan was particularly dismayed by the Wolves’ inability to nail the basics and the errors they made.

Meanwhile, Daryl Powell came in for criticism for his team selection and tactics as one Warrington fan felt the Wolves were over powered.

Meanwhile, one Warrington fan praised the previously written off Leopards before raising the question over whether it is indeed Warrington’s year.

That said some fans weren’t as dramatic and looked ahead to next week.

On the flip side, another fan described it as “shocking”

In fact, one other supporter labelled it “the single worst Warrington performance for years.”

This was a sentiment shared by quite a few.

Meanwhile one fan felt the result showed that Warrington are only top by default.
