Hull KR v Salford: Predicted line-ups and late injury news

Hull KR have been the surprise package this season. Their attacking flair has made them a joy to watch and they’ll be tough to beat today. The Red Devils will have something to prove however. Salford come into the game on the back of an embarrassing loss to Warrington. They’ll want to respond and fast.

There’s little change for Hull KR. Will Dagger is now on loan at Featherstone meaning Mikey Lewis – now back from his loan stint at York – takes his place in the 21-man squad but is unlikely to dislodge fellow youngster Rowan Milnes in the halves. The Robins are still without Albert Vete and Elliot Minchella meaning their options in the pack are pretty straight forward.

Salford have struggled to live up to the standards they’ve set over the last two seasons recently but this game after a week off offers them a chance to re-write some wrongs. They’ll have a problem to solve at centre following the injury to Kallum Watkins and loanee Ben Davies could be the answer as could the debut of Joe Burgess. Meanwhile the return of Andy Acker, Pauli Pauli, and Josh Johnson could help Salford turn things around.
