Hull KR v Leigh: 21-man squads and injury update

Hull KR and Leigh have both announced their 21-man squads for Sunday afternoon’s round eight clash at Hull College Craven Park (KO 3:00pm).

Rovers will be aiming for their fourth league win of the season, after a disappointing afternoon against Wakefield last week which saw them fall to a 28-12 defeat.

The Centurions, meanwhile, are still in search of their first win of the season, having most recently suffered another heavy loss to Huddersfield.

Hull Kingston Rovers

George King returns from a hip injury for KR, meaning Tony Smith is now able to name 21 players once again. Dean Hadley is also included despite picking up a knock last week, however there is still no Ethan Ryan (wrist), Albert Vete (hamstring) or Elliot Minchella (knee).

Leigh Centurions

Leigh are only able to name a 19-man squad, as Matty Russell, Adam Sidlow and Craig Mullen drop out through injury, while Joe Mellor returns from a hamstring problem. Captain Liam Hood is also in contention after missing out last week, while Nathan Mason (finger), Ben Flower (hamstring), Blake Wallace (head), Keanan Brand (hamstring) and Alex Gerrard remain unavailable.
