Dean Hadley has extended his stay at Hull KR after putting pen to paper on a contract extension, the club have announced.
Hadley was contracted until the end of the 2026 Super League season but the Robins have now extended his deal for another season to ensure the 33-year-old’s long-term future is secured.
The forward, who has split his time between back-row and the middle this season, continues to excel in a red and white shirt and this year alone he has made 25 appearances for the club. Those performances have been at a consistently high level and he’ll be looking to maintain that form as KR look to add the League Leaders’ Shield to their 2025 trophy haul, having lifted the Challenge Cup earlier this season, and win October’s Grand Final.
Indeed, it has been a special year for KR and Hadley has been at the heart of it, making his extension something of a no-brainer for the club.

On the deal, Hull KR head coach Willie Peters said: “We recently extended Dean’s contract by an extra year, but felt Dean is still at the top of his game and has proven he’s an integral part of what we do both on and off the field.
“We wanted to acknowledge that with another year. Dean typifies what Hull KR is all about.”
Hadley added: “I’m really happy. For me this is the place I want to play. Being somewhere else wasn’t an option.
“What we’re doing on the field is the main importance. We’ve made strides again this year, such as the Cup win, and this is the place I want to be. We’re still developing and improving.
“There’s plenty of things to go after and that’s the focus. It’s not about what we’ve done but it’s about what we can achieve.”
