Hull KR provide key update on Lachlan Coote and Kane Linnett

Hull KR have released an update on Lachlan Coote, Kane Linnett and the likes of Will Maher and Ben Crooks following injury problems.

KR have welcomed back Kane Linnett (quad) to training after the Scotland international overcome his quad issue picked up in the win over Castleford Tigers, nearly two weeks ago.

Linnett left the field late in the game with tightness in his quad and consequently missed last Friday’s loss against Saints.

Rovers have also welcomed back Will Maher (eye socket) into full training after the towering Cumbrian was given the green light to return from the fractured eye socket he sustained in pre-season.

In other positive news, Ben Crooks (shoulder/knee) has now rejoined team training following his recovery from respective, shoulder and knee injuries.

Additionally, Lachlan Coote (hamstring) will be given until later in the week to prove his fitness after pulling up with a hamstring issue against St Helens last Friday.

Luis Johnson (metatarsal) is back at Sewell Group Craven Park to begin his rehabilitation from a metatarsal injury and is now in a protective boot. Johnson will continue his rehab with the aim of rejoining full training in mid-April.
