Hull KR pay tribute to legend as they launch stunning 2025 shirt

Fresh off the back of securing a second-place finish in Super League and an all-important home play-off semi-final, Hull KR have launched their home shirt for the 2025 season.

The Robins were put under pressure by Leeds Rhinos, who needed a win to make the top six, and with the scores level 10-10 at half-time, it looked like Hull KR could possibly cede second place in Super League.

However, they kicked on in the second half to secure a 26-16 win and guarantee a home semi-final and record their highest-ever Super League finish.

The club teased their 2025 home kit at Craven Park last night with fans quick to jump on the teaser but they’ve not had to wait long to see the full shirt with Hull KR releasing it this morning.

In a statement released to the media, Hull KR announced: “The Robins are ready to fly in 2025!

“Whilst all eyes are firmly fixed on the 2024 playoffs and the journey to Old Trafford, Hull KR are proud to unveil a futuristic wing design inspired home kit for the 2025 season.

“Following a record-breaking season, on and off the field, the Robins will be looking to push even further in 2025 and are Ready To Fly.”

What does the 2025 Hull KR home shirt look like?

Hull KR opted for a primarily white home kit in 2024 and that has continued into 2025 with the club donning what they’ve dubbed as a “futuristic wing design” with the Robins ‘Ready to Fly’.

The 2025 edition features a red sash with detailing in the collar quoting legendary Robin Phil Lowe ‘Memories are better than dreams’.

There is also detailing on the collar of the club logo in a design that is sure to be a fan favourite.

Hull KR Chief Executive Paul Lakin said: “Following the success of the 2024 home shirt, a predominately white design has been chosen again. The futuristic wing design gives a modern twist to our classic colours and style and represents where the club is at in our journey.

“We are once again releasing our home shirt early to allow supporters to proudly wear it during the exciting playoff campaign, and I’d like to place on record my thanks to Connexin, Oxen and all our kit partners to make that happen.

“2024 was a record-breaking year for our retail department, surpassing all records, including the 2023 Wembley run. With the trio of shirts we have planned in 2025, we are confident there’s something for everyone and we will again be selling record numbers of replica shirts.

“With the first spade in the ground as part of our Sewell Group Craven Park campus development, attendances at an all-time high level, the remodelling of Craven Streat, and so much more happening around the club. 2025 will feel very different at home, and this striking design will be no different.”
