Hull KR confirm passing of former player, Adam Walker, aged 31

Hull KR have confirmed their former player, Adam Walker, has died at the age of 31.

The 14-time Scotland international started his career at Huddersfield Giants before signing for the Robins in 2013.

Walker would play four seasons at Craven Park, making 108 appearances and scoring nine tries. Spells at St Helens and Wakefield followed before signing for Salford ahead of the 2019 season.

During his season with the Red Devils, the forward became a key player as the club reached the Super League Grand Final, where he came off the bench in the defeat to St Helens.

The news of Walker’s passing is a shock one with former teammate Jackson Hastings leading the tributes on social media, along with several of his former clubs.
