Hull FC’s Josh Reynolds serious injury update

Hull FC talisman Josh Reynolds has posted a snap on his social media, flying back home to Australia to see his family.

However, an important feature in the image was the fact that the halfback was in a leg brace whilst sitting on the flight.

Reynolds suffered a serious injury in late August as Hull’s season ended in a whimper and head coach Brett Hodgson had this to say at the time.

“Josh will have to have an operation,” Hodgson said.

“His medial ligament became detached in the tackle, but I don’t think there was any intention to hurt him.

“It’s not surprising it’s pretty bad so he will go for an operation next and he will then start his rehab from there.”
