Hull FC vs Wakefield Trinity: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

Last Sunday was a very differing Sunday for both Hull FC and Wakefield.

Whilst Wakefield almost certainly secured their survival with a shock win over second place Wigan, Hull FC’s solid start against St Helens evaporated with the Champions running in 11 tries to claim a 60-6 triumph over the Black and Whites.

That was a defeat that leaves Hull FC’s play-off hopes dangling by a thread. Low on confidence taking on a side certainly on the up, this could be a tough game for the Black and Whites.

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game kicks off at 20:00.

TV coverage starts at 19:30 on Sky Sports Action.

Predicted Line-ups

Hull FC
This was one of the toughest teams to predict all season with Jack Walker, Darnell McIntosh, Jake Connor and Kane Evans all absent. This leaves a massive hole at fullback which Ben McNamara could fill as he returns to the side. Meanwhile, Joe Lovodua may be asked to play centre a role he’s played briefly this season against Leeds and he could be joined by young Davy Litten who may fill in on the wing. Manu Ma’u may return to take a spot on the bench alongside Ligi Sao who is also back in the mix.

Wakefield Trinity
The first change Willie Poching will have to make, like Brett Hodgson, will come at fullback in the shape of Max Jowitt coming in for Jamie Shaul who isn’t allowed to play against his parent club. Meanwhile, the loss of Kelepi Tanginoa and James Batchelor will see Wakefield have to call upon Brad Walker and Jordy Crowther in the back three of the scrum. David Fifita may subseuqently make a return to the bench.
