Wakefield Trinity will be without Tom Johnstone this evening as they take on Hull FC at the MKM Stadium. The winger was named Daryl Powell’s 21-man squad but won’t feature this evening with the England international being conspicuous by his absence in the side.
Johnstone is replaced in the Wakefield side by Jayden Myers will be making just his second appearance for the Trin. The winger, who joined the club from Bradford Bulls in the off-season, played his first and most recent game for the club against Salford Red Devils back in May.
Cam Scott starts on his inside shoulder, with Josh Rourke keeping his spot at full-back and Max Jowitt. Mike McMeeken and Caleb Hamlin-Uele start up front, with Caius Faatili playing off the bench.
Zak Hardaker starts at full-back once more this evening for the Black and Whites, with Jordan Rapana in the centres. Jed Cartwright comes into the starting line-up for the first time since returning from injury.
Jack Ashworth drops to the bench, while Brad Fash will make his 200th career appearance off the bench this evening.
