Hull FC v Hull KR line-ups confirmed as Will Pryce starts in one of three FC changes

Hull FC new signing Will Pryce in Huddersfield Giants days

Will Pryce steps straight in to make his Hull FC debut against Hull KR in the Challenge Cup this afternoon. Pryce joined the Black and Whites earlier this week and arrived in East Yorkshire on Wednesday to meet up with John Cartwright’s side for the first time.

As such, given the travel, the half-back was a doubt leading into the contest, but Cartwright has thrown him straight into the fold in a game that promises to be heaped with tension and emotion. He starts at stand-off, alongside scrum-half and captain Aidan Sezer, in one of three changes for the Black and Whites.

Zak Hardaker returns to the fold at centre after missing the trip to Castleford Tigers last week, while Yusuf Aydin is also included on the bench. Cade Cust drops out of the side with a head knock, while Brad Fash is missing altogether, with Ed Chamberlain in at second-row. Youngster Will Kirby is the only other man to miss out.

As expected, Willie Peters has made two changes to his Rovers line up, with James Batchelor injured and Arthur Mourgue cup-tied. That sees Joe Burgess come back in to play on the wing, with Jack Broadbent moving to full-back once more.

Kelepi Tanginoa starts the contest in the back-row and that opens the door for former Hull man Jack Brown to come onto the KR bench. Hugo Salabio and Eribe Doro are the respective 18th men on the day.
