Hull FC reveal new home shirt

Hull FC have unveiled their 2022 principal jersey, with the first-team squad set to take to the field in a white Vee design next season.

After pulling on the traditional Black & White irregular hoops in 2021, in a special tribute to Johnny Whiteley MBE in his 90th birthday year, the club have opted for arguably their second-most iconic design ahead of the new campaign.

The white Vee and predominantly black jersey stands as one of the club’s most popular designs throughout history, including being one of Whiteley’s favourites himself having worn it in the club’s 1956 RL Championship winning campaign.

Once again designed by technical and merchandise partner hummel, the jersey also features the brand’s chevrons, with main club partner Atropa Pharmacy taking pride of place on the front of their principal jersey for the third season running, while global brand Jacuzzi, the club’s Elite Performance Partner, also feature on the sleeve of the jersey.

The promo sees new signings Luke Gale and Darnell McIntosh in the background with Jake Connor taking centre stage in a well-designed Vee set-up.
