Hull FC in major move as they tie down integral sponsor

Hull FC have extended their partnership with Jacuzzi® and local partners Outdoor Living.

The brands will once again feature on the kits, as well as continuing as headline sponsors on the club’s elite performance training ranges.

As Elite Performance Partners, with a strong focus on health and wellbeing, Jacuzzi® play a hands-on role in the preparation and recovery of the club’s first-team players, including the installation of state-of-the-art hydrotherapy products at the first-team training ground – the Jacuzzi® Elite Performance Centre.

Speaking about the ongoing partnership with Hull FC, Andy Bewicke, Business Development Director for Jacuzzi® in the UK said:

“Hull FC are one of our original sports partners and it is a relationship which has helped define our elite performance narrative, specifically our focus on performance, recovery and the wellbeing of all athletes.

“We have a fantastic relationship with the club and we’re looking forward to working with them further as they continue to develop their elite performance programme and facilities; we’re excited about what is in the pipeline and keen to play our part in that.

“Jacuzzi® is an extremely diverse organisation and the knowledge we take from partnerships like this allows us to develop new ideas and our product range to further enhance user experience, which has evolved from focusing on physical recovery to the wellbeing of athletes.

He added, “What is also unique in this partnership is the three-way relationship with Outdoor Living which allows us to develop our partnership on a national scale, but still offer fantastic products and services to Hull FC supporters and the local area.”

Jacuzzi® will take pride of place across the training ranges of the club’s entire performance pathway, including the full network of representative teams including men, women, academy and Centre of Excellence.

They will also feature on the club’s match day range, including warm-up tops and anthem jackets, which will be unveiled in January.

One of the club’s most significant partners in their 155-year history, the global manufacturer and distributor of hot tubs, swim spas, baths and saunas have become integral club partners since 2018, alongside local retailer Outdoor Living.

Providing an important local element to the partnership, Hull FC have worked with Paul Margerison and the team at Outdoor Living for several years – now the largest distributor of Jacuzzi® and hot tub related products in Europe.

The homegrown company was recently bought by the ‘Buy It Direct Group’ who boast an annual turnover of £436 million, allowing the business to grow even further and enhance its own investment in the club too.

Hull FC Chief Executive, James Clark, also added: “We are proud to continue our association with Andy, Duncan and the team at Jacuzzi® – a genuine, high-calibre global brand which is not only an asset to Hull FC but also the Super League competition.

“We continue to be excited about the potential of this partnership as they explore ways in which they can promote physical and mental performance and wellbeing through an evolving product range – which presents obvious benefits to our players and in turn we can provide a huge amount of insight and analysis.

“The partnership also provides the opportunity for our sponsors and supporters to benefit from some great deals on products and services from both Jacuzzi® and Outdoor Living – and maintaining that local connection is a value we uphold at the club.

“Paul [Margerison] and his team are dedicated supporters of the club and should be commended for the way they have grown their business from the ground up to becoming one of Europe’s premier hot tub retailers – it is another fantastic success story for a local company.”

Over the coming weeks, supporters will be able to go behind the scenes with Jacuzzi® at the Elite Performance Centre with exclusive pre-season training footage to be released through the club and Jacuzzi® social media channels.
