Hull FC hit six-year high in huge boost ahead of 2026 Super League

Hull FC

Hull FC have hit a six-year high in season ticket sales as they continue to prepare for the 2026 Super League season.

It’s fair to say that the feel good factor is back in west Hull after a campaign in which the Black and Whites made huge strides towards improvement under John Cartwright.

They didn’t claim a play-off spot, finishing seventh in the end, but Cartwright’s side displayed plenty of heart, excitement, grit and above all, promise. It seems that Hull have successfully managed to re-engage their fanbase then, who are snapping up memberships at an impressive rate.

With more than two months to go until Hull host Bradford Bulls on the opening day of the Super League season, the East Yorkshire club have surpassed 9,000 membership sales.

That’s already an improvement on last year’s total and it’s their highest number of members since the 2020 season, which Hull recruited heavily for with Chris Satae, Ligi Sao, Mahe Fonua, Josh Jones and Manu Ma’u being just some of the high profile names arriving at the club that season.

Hull FC have added a number of star names heading into 2026, too, with Jake Arthur, Sam Lisone, Joe Batchelor, James Bell, Arthur Romano, Joe Phillips, Connor Bailey and Harvie Hill making the switch to the MKM Stadium.

And, it seems the supporters are bought in as memberships edge towards a five-figure total.

Moreover, they turned out in their thousands to ensure Hull were able to record their biggest average home attendance in 15 years.

It’s not just Hull who have seen season ticket sales rise ahead of the new season. Hull KR have sold out their memberships, with the treble winners selling 10,000. FC will certainly be keen to better their cross-city rivals on that front in the coming weeks and months then.

However, Warrington Wolves, Bradford Bull, York Knights and Castleford Tigers have all seen rises from last year, while Leigh Leopards and Wakefield Trinity have posted positive numbers, too.
