Hull favourites to reach the quarter finals

The last 16 of the cup starts tomorrow , with a place in the 1/4 final at stake . We have 4 games live on TV over the next 3 days , starting at the KC where Castleford are the visitors.

Lee Radford’s side won the cup at Wembley in 2016 and 2017 and are around 4/6 favourites to move one step closer against Daryl Powell’s struggling Tigers . Both sides have struggled with injuries of late , but it’s Cas who’ve been hit hardest . The Fords have only won one of their last 5 and I think it could be one in 6 after tonight’s game .

Both sides should have a few players back for this live Sky game , but the Black and Whites look stronger with their influential half back pairing of Sneyd and Kelly back from injury after missing last week’s loss to Catalans , and Paul Mcshane will be a big loss for Cas .

I just think Hull are the side in slightly better form and may edge this by around 6-10 points . It should be an entertaining tussle but given their current problems I’d want more than the 11/8 for an away win .

Hull concede a 4 point start on the handicap and i think they are capable of doing that .  Houghton heads the man of the match market at 5/1 but I think Sneyd’s goal kicking could be crucial and he’d be my choice at 7/1 , Jake Connor is also hard to ignore at 5/1 .

Cory Aston has looked the Tigers best player in recent weeks and he’d be my choice for the Tigers at 7/1 in the absence of key hooker Paul Mcshane .

Leeds go to Bradford tomorrow as always please gamble responsibly .
