Huge 12 players charged by match review panel

Over a big weekend, Leeds Rhinos suffered a huge blow against Huddersfield Giants, Wigan Warriors laid down a marker at the top and Warrington Wolves defeated Hull FC to take a huge step towards the play-offs.

It was a massive weekend from Friday night onwards with Hull KR battering Leigh Leopards gaining a measure of revenge for their Wembley defeat two weeks ago.

Elsewhere on Friday, Castleford Tigers and Wakefield Trinity both lost in the relegation battle to St Helens and Salford Red Devils.

Saturday saw a brilliant Matt Dufty lead the Wolves to a win over Hull FC making it difficult for the Black and Whites when it comes to dreaming about the top six.

Two clubs dreaming very clearly of Old Trafford met on Saturday with Wigan defeating Catalans before Leeds suffered a huge blow against Huddersfield.

A big weekend of action, today’s focus shift onto the disciplinary with concerns over late hits, tip tackle and high tackles going into today’s match review panel.

One interesting moment hung around Sam Lisone who caught Sam Halsall with an elbow on Sunday.
